Tree Tapping Demo - RSVP (free!) and join us on Saturday, February 3rd, 1 - 3pm to participate in a demonstration of tapping your trees. You’ll be able to purchase a tapping kit from us, if you need supplies to try tapping at home!
Community Boiling Days - we’ll be running the wood-fired evaporator on Sundays (Feb 11th, Feb 18th, Feb 25th, March 3rd, and March 10th) from 9am til 4pm.
To contribute to the community boil, bring your sap to the farm on Sundays.
Sign up to be a boil steward! - Sign up to hang out on the farm, feed the evaporator with firewood, and monitor the sap boil for a half day shift. Hanging around the warm steamy boil is a great way to get some fresh air in the winter!
Closing Celebration! - Sunday March 10th, 1pm - 3pm. Come over to witness the last boil of the season and taste sap as it boils down into syrup! RSVP HERE.
